Assassin's Creed Rogue - PC Version Release Date and System Requirements out

It seems that Ubisoft has learned their lessons. After the previous experience of releasing "Assassin's Creed : Revelations" that was deemed as an unfinished product for gamers, we believe that Ubisoft will be more cautious in their release of games. Of course, we are currently expecting Assassin's Creed Rogue PC version to be released in the coming months after its initial release on Xbox 260/PS3 last year. Ubisoft has just announced the requirements for the game.

  • OS : Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8/8.1 64bit
  • CPU : Intel Q6600 or AMD Athlon x4 620 and above
  • RAM : 2GB
  • Graphics Card :
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTS450 or AMD Radeon HD5670 (1GB VRAM) or Intel HD4600 or better
    • Supports GeForce 500,600,700,900 series
    • Supports AMD Radeon HD 6000, 7000, R7 and R9 series
  • Storage : 11.4GB
  • Sound Card : Direct X Compatible
  • Additional hardware compatibility
    • Xbox 360 Controller
    • Tobii EyeX Controller
    • SteelSeries Sentry eye-tracker

It seems that according to the specifications stated, this should be the minimum requirements for the system in order for it to run the game. The specifications also shows that the game should still be written on the same game engine as Assassin's Creed Revelations as they have similar minimum requirements.

Judging on the use of a mid end processor, 2GB of RAM and even supporting the Intel HD4600, it seems that Assassin's Creed Rogue's system requirements are as those of the usual MMORPG.

As of now, the official channels have not released the recommended system requirements for the game. Based on our judgement, a PC should have10th of March this year.
