The ZenFone 3 comes in 3 colors:

ASUS did not skimp when it came to design. ZenFone 3 is encased in an aluminum body and its front and rear is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. All these fits snugly into a tiny 7.69mm. The ZenFone 3 has a very premium feel for its price. Although the sides did remind me of the iPhone 6S, the ZenFone 3 has a more refined look.
The Zenfone 3 sports a 16MP, f/2.0, PixelMaster 3.0 camera using a Sony® IMX298 sensor.

Moving on to the Zenfone 3 Ultra, it has a whopping 6.8-inch screen. ASUS’s phablet is even bigger than my hand!
Accompanying its size is a MASSIVE 4600mAH battery. Who needs power banks anymore when your phone is one?
The Ultra also sports a Hi-Res Audio (HRA) for its audio output and is able to deliver 24-bit/192-kHz. As someone who enjoys great quality music, I am personally very interested in getting a chance to test the Ultra out.

Lastly, ASUS announced their flagship device, the 5.7-inch ZenFone 3 Deluxe. It features the world’s first smartphone that wields the top-of-the-line Qualcomm® Snapdragon 821 (2.4GHz) and 6GB RAM. Its camera is also identical with the Ultra. When it comes to storage, the Deluxe ensures that you do not run out of space. With 256GB of UFS 2.0 storage, this allows users to launch their games and applications with little delay. But what caught my attention was the Deluxe’s ability to repeat a WiFi’s signal, with 2X2 MIMO WiFi.

After trying out all the ZenFone 3 models, what stood out was the camera. When it comes to the front-facing camera, it was surprisingly clear and buttery smooth. Pictures taken with both the front and rear cameras were also lightning fast. ZenFone 3 PixelMaster 3.0 cameras also makes use of TriTech auto-focus system which allows for near instant focusing. The ZenFone 3 phones makes selfies easier and better with an 8MP / 85º wide-angle camera.

One small gripe I had with all these phones were that the videos taken with the rear camera were stuttering slightly. It happened to all Zenfone 3 models but I’m sure that a small update would easily fix it.

Overall, my favorite of the 3 models would be the ZenFone 3 Ultra for its humongous screen and battery as well as its features for music lovers like me. Which of the 3 is your favorite and why?

All models will be available in all three major telcos (Singtel, M1 & Starhub).
