SINGAPORE, 5 July 2017 – Returning to the iconic ArtScience museum this October for a highly anticipated second edition since its Asia debut last year, Millennial 20/20 Summit doubles its offerings this year to encompass more speakers, content and interactive experiences for visitors.

While last year’s summit set the stage for understanding the landscape in a millennial generation where innovation, disruption and technology are key components of its future, this year’s edition will shine the spotlight on solutions, values and technologies in commerce that are integral to business success.

Held on 25 and 26 October 2017, this year’s summit takes on a futuristic twist and will premiere new showcases from the all-new Finance industry sector track – bringing together retail banks, private wealth management, personal finance, fintech start-ups and investors – along with panel presentations on hot topics such as AI & Robotics and Virtual Reality and personalised networking opportunities. Attendees to the summit will be able to book networking opportunities with panellists and speakers via an online matching portal, which will launch in September 2017.

“Millennial 20/20 this year is all about connecting audiences with experiences and solutions that will empower them for the future economy. It is not just a conference. Visitors will be able to explore the latest technologies that are shaping the market live in action through demonstrations, VR experiences and case-study led presentations. On top of this, there will also be more focused meet-ups and behind-the-scenes events where smaller groups come together to tackle a particular topic in detail,” said Rupa Ganatra, Founding Partner, Millennial 20/20.

Across three conference stages, the summit will host over 200 speakers covering topics such as MarketingRetailInnovationE-CommerceVideoMobile Advertising and Big-Data. More than 3,000 attendees are expected, bringing together brands, retailers and e-tailers across the Asia Pacific region from industry segments spanning Food & Beverage, Finance, Fashion & Beauty and Travel and Hospitality.

Discussions will centre on how companies can build brand authenticity, innovative experiences and trust in a market landscape that idolises convenience, borderless shopping, digital interactions and multi-dimensional experiences – traits that are typically attributed to the “millennial mindset” of today’s customer.

“Whether you are a Baby Boomer, Generation X, Millennial or Gen Z, there is a little bit of millennial in each of us. We are at a unique time in the industry where large and small businesses are dealing with a more-complex and ever-evolving consumer that requires them to think of innovation, disruption and technology as key components of their future. Millennial 20/20 aims to address this like no other event series has done before,” added Simon Berger, Founding Partner of Millennial 20/20.

Visitors to the summit can expect to engage with a padded line-up of speakers such as Jakob Sebastian Angele, CEO, APAC, Food Panda; Lawrence Law, Global Director Johnnie Walker, Diageo; Lisa Von Tang, CEO & Creative Director, Chi Chi Von Tang; Raman Sidhu, Global Head of Learning and Commercial, Shell; Richard Rubnan Que, Marketing Director, L’Oreal Singapore; Altona Widjaja, VP Fintech and Innovation Group, OCBC Bank; Nitin Gajria, Country Manager - Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos, Google; Oussama Labib, Learning & Development Manager - SE Asia, IKEA;  Amit Dhupkar, Head of Group Technology, Singapore Post LTD; Sam Too, General Manager, Qoo10 Singapore; Pocket Sun, Managing Partner, Sogal Ventures; Andrew Li, Executive Chairman, Zouk & VP Lifestyle and F&B Concepts, Genting HK; Tejveer Singh Bedi, Group Director Revenue Management, Park Hotel Group; Dr Narudh Cheramakara, Director of Market Development, Nok Airlines PLC; Gerald Mackenzie, Head Of Innovation & Business Transformation, Credit Suisse and Zaheer Nooruddin, Head of Digital Transformation, Shiseido Group amongst a growing list of others.
