first Flagship AVENTAGE AV Separate Components, the CX-A5000 and MX-A5000 - The pinnacle of the AVENTAGE Series ultra-high performance components.
Taking home theatre experience to a whole new level of standard and enjoyment, the CX-A5000 AV Pre-Amplifier and the MX-A5000 Power-Amplifier are a combination of fine craftsmanship, superb sound quality, unequalled sound realism, innovative technologies and enhanced controllability. Pairing the CX-A5000 11.2 channel AV Pre-Amplifier and the Massive Power MXA5000 Power-Amplifier together unleashes such expressive dynamics, versatility and performance for a home theatre experience that only Yamaha can deliver. Among the many highlights and features of the CX-A5000 and the MX-A5000, the 2 most notable features are the dual high performance ES9016 DACs from ESS Technology in the Pre-Amplifier and the Three-stage Darlington circuit in the Power-Amplifier.
All channels of the CX-A5000 uses the ultra high performance ESS ES9016 DACs, which provide 192kHz/32bit compatible signal-to-noise ratio and up to 128dB dynamic range, ensuring the most accurate reproduction of audio signals from Blu-ray players and other sources, and also high quality signals from high
resolution sound sources input through network.
The MX-A5000 uses a current feedback power amp with a Threestage Darlington circuit, well known for its superior phase properties and resistance to speaker impedance fluctuation. A specially developed, high power output, high efficiency, large size toroidal power supply transformer combined with two 27,000uF block capacitors ensures that minimal energy is loss and also ensuring maximum power supply with generous headroom.
Other notable features such as Spotify Connect will be available soon via firmware update, 4K Ultra HD Pass-through and Upscaling, MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) Support, Zone Controls with AV Controller App and more.
Availability:
AVENTAGE CX-A5000 Pre-Amplifier and MX-A5000 Power Amplifier will be now available at
S$3699 and S$3999 respectively, available in both Titanium and Black color options.
