Singapore, 8 April 2014 -PROLiNK has
announced the launch of 2 new 300 Mbps Wireless-N Extenders (Models PWN3701 and
PWN3702P) to be made available in retail stores in the month of April.
PROLiNK PWN3701
PROLiNK PWN3702P
Compact in design, yet carefully designed
and tested to ensure good throughput performance, the PROLiNK PWN3701 is a
powerful device that helps users to extend their router's wireless signal over
a wider area of their house, eliminating wireless blind spots.
The unit supports up to 300 Mbps of
wireless data transfer speeds and set up is made easy via the WPS button on the
front of the WiFi extender.
In a speed test done against 2 other popular brands in the market
for wireless extenders in a 5-room HDB flat environment on a 100 Mbps plan, the
PROLiNK PWN3701 also displayed superior wireless performance.
Another model that will also be launched in the later part of
April is the PROLiNK PWN3702P 300Mbps Wireless-N Extender with AC pass through.
Currently the only wireless extender in the market to feature an
AC pass through, the new design allows households with limited power sockets to
be able to continue using their wall sockets to power up other equipment while
enjoying the benefits of their wireless extender.
Both models are built with superior wireless performance and great
designs to meet consumers’ needs.
The PROLiNK PWN3701 300 Mbps Wireless-N Extender will officially
be available at all major IT retail stores from 9 April 2014 at an SRP of $55
while the PROLiNK PWN3702P 300 Mbps Wireless-N Extender with AC Pass Through
will be launched in at Challenger stores from 21 April 2014 at a retail price
of S$75.
