Nexmo Expands Leadership Team to Continue Significant Global Growth

New CMO and CFO Add Mobile and Enterprise Expertise to Nexmo’s Stellar Leadership Team

Singapore, June 4, 2015 - Nexmo, the leading cloud communications platform provider, today announced the addition of a chief marketing officer and a chief financial officer to help support its record-breaking growth. The cloud communications space is expected to continue to grow at tremendous rates, with IDC forecasting the market will grow to reach $7.5 billion in 2018. Nexmo is well-positioned to be the leader in this space with its superior global cloud communications platform, fast growing customer base and industry expertise.

Lewis Black recently joined Nexmo as Chief Financial Officer where he is overseeing Finance, People & Culture and Legal. Lewis joined Nexmo from Citrix Systems where he was most recently the Vice President of Finance & Operations for the Enterprise and Service Provider Division. Prior to Citrix, Lewis held leadership roles at industry leaders such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya.

Gabi Schindler recently joined Nexmo as Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for global marketing and communications. Gabi joined Nexmo from Amobee, where she was also Chief Marketing Officer and helped establish the company as the leader in mobile advertising. Prior to Amobee, Gabi held marketing leadership roles at Fortune 100 and renowned startups like Apple Computer, AT&T, Saba Software and PalmSource.
