Berlin, Germany – November, 2015 – Jobspotting, an employment recommendation engine that uses smart technology to find a perfect match between job seekers and employers, now provides job candidates with information unlike any other job search platform out there, such as companies’ corporate culture, past hirings, and more.
The platform offers companies the ability to claim their profiles, customize them and expand upon the data already aggregated by Jobspotting, aiding job seekers in applying for the position and employer that’s perfect for them.
The process of applying for jobs is long, arduous, and often results in job seekers settling for a job that doesn’t suit them. With Jobspotting’s company profiles, users can receive regular updates about who’s hiring, specific details about available jobs, who the companies have hired in the past, and even compare competitors. Additionally, since companies can claim and customize their profiles, job seekers receive a clear picture of the brand and culture of the company before applying. Of the 200,000 data-enriched company pages generated by Jobspotting, over 100 companies, such as Airbnb and Deloitte, have already claimed their profiles.
In addition to company profiles, Jobspotting is launching an analytics dashboard, providing companies with detailed, anonymous insights into demographic data, behaviors, skills, and interests of job seekers.
