Talent2 HRMS relaunches as Ascender
Ascender, innovating multi-country payroll

7 December 2015: Talent2 Human Resources Managed Services (HRMS) today announced that it will be officially rebranding to Ascender with immediate effect. To coincide with the rebrand, Ascender will launch a new Human Capital Management platform, Ascender HCM, which will enable clients to extend and integrate their existing payroll platforms across the enterprise.

By offering core HCM and integration, Ascender will enable its customers throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East to consolidate payroll delivery and integrate with their broader HCM strategy.

Our significant investments in people, process and technology and the launch of the Ascender HCM platform will provide clients with innovative, easy to use, and modular solutions for multi-country payroll services.”

According to global management consulting firm Everest Group, the Multi-Country Payroll Outsourcing (MCPO) market is one of the fastest growing markets within the HR outsourcing space and has witnessed a rapid growth of approximately 20 percent compound annual growth rate from 2012 to 2014. The space now has an estimated annual worth of more than US$1 billion.

In their latest PEAK Matrix™ assessment report, Everest Group revealed that Ascenders influence exceeds the top quartile global leaders in the Asia-Pacific region by 18%.

Since Ascender began rolling out its product strategy in July, they have reported 35 client wins, including several significant global financial intuitions and multinationals.
