There are still many more features found in the build that has yet been discovered, but we will showcase 2 new changes to IE11 : Downloads tracking and Tracking Protection.

The metro version of Internet Explorer on Windows 8 boasts a new user interface tweaked for a touch based device. However, due to the nature of Windows 8 UI, there are a lot of limitations to the application. Microsoft aims to bring more features to IE on Windows Blue, improving user experience on the new Metro IE11. Metro IE11 will feature a new download list which is lacking in IE10 app. With the consolidated downloads listing, users will be able to use their fingers to touch and arrange, execute, find details or delete their downloads from the single view. For users, it will be an extremely useful feature for them to manage their downloads from Metro IE.
Turn Tracking Protection On/Off
In IE11 will come with a improved Tracking Protection feature. The settings of it can be found under IE11's internet options. Users will be able to turn on or off this feature in IE11, unlike IE10, depending on their needs.
