Lenovo introduces new customer service center
Singapore, February 15, 2016 – Strengthening customer support, Lenovo today announced the opening of its new customer service center at Paya Lebar. The well-equipped service center displays Lenovo’s commitment to a customer-centric service and aims to address the needs of its customers quickly and efficiently.
The new service hub is an addition to Lenovo’s current center at Kaki Bukit, and will also offer customer care, technical support and post-sale services to all Lenovo customers. The two service centers will work independently on customer cases and ensure closure of each case respectively. To ensure consistency in service, existing cases at the Kaki Bukit service center will resume till closure.
Customers may approach the newly opened center at Paya Lebar from February 15 onwards at the following address:
140 Paya Lebar Road, #01-02
Customer service operating hours will be from:
Monday to Friday
10:00am to 7:00pm (excluding Public Holidays)
