Rackspace Managed Cloud Services Help Fast-Growing Digital Agency Focus on Core Business

MullenLowe Profero is a 360° digital solution provider that develops and manages creative brand and communication programs and e-commerce solutions for clients around the world. The company previously managed its IT infrastructure in-house through its Beijing-based technology arm, MullenLowe Profero Tech. As the agency grew globally, however, this China-based infrastructure proved too slow to allow MullenLowe Profero to collaborate effectively with clients outside Asia. The IT team also found it increasingly difficult and costly to keep servers up and running around the clock as the company hosted more live environments and live websites in support of client programs.
With help from Rackspace, MullenLowe Profero has eliminated these issues. “Rackspace managed cloud services are crucial to our business. Rackspace provides both cloud and physical hosting services to MullenLowe Profero, along with database hosting on dedicated hardware and a managed Microsoft Exchange Server test environment. MullenLowe Profero also uses Rackspace’s hardware-based Load Balancer, Firewall, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Mitigation services.
