SINGAPORE, 15 January 2018 - Canon today announced three new additions to its PIXMA Ink Efficient G series, the G4010, G3010 and G2010. Retaining the integrated ink tank system design, the three all-in-ones are built with a new LCD display, allowing users to monitor printing status with ease. Additionally, with an enhanced printer durability, businesses with high volume printing needs can also enjoy reduced downtime.

High-Volume Printing with Integrated Ink Tank System 

The latest PIXMA G4010, G3010 and G2010 fuels business productivity with its ability to deliver up to 6,000 black-and-white document pages and 7,000 colour document pages on the bundled set of four ink bottles. With cost saved on replacing ink cartridges and time conserved on device maintenance, the all-in-ones are ideal for resource optimisation.

In terms of functions, the flagship PIXMA G4010 is equipped with print, copy, scan and fax function, with a 20-sheet auto document feeder and two-line LCD display. The PIXMA G3010 and G2010 are 3-in-1 multifunction printers with print, copy and scan function, made complete with a 1.2inch segment LCD panel. In addition, with ink tanks integrated within the printer body, the G series printers boast of an impressively small footprint, and each tank is designed to allow easy monitoring of remaining ink levels.

Convenience of Mobile and Cloud Printing

The PIXMA Ink Efficient G4010 and G3010 combine the advantages of wireless[1] connectivity with printing from mobile devices such as phones and tablets. The Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY app makes mobile printing, scanning easy for iOS and Android OS devices, while the Canon Print Service plugin offers driverless printing functionality for phones and tablets running on Android OS. Additionally, the PIXMA G4010 also supports AirPrint.

The Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY app can also connect to social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, or file storage services such as Dropbox and Google Drive via the Canon PIXMA Cloud Link service. Documents and photos can also be printed from these cloud services.

Creativity and Fun in Printing

The versatile G series printers are capable of producing high quality photos in just 60 seconds, and is also supported by full borderless photo output on glossy media up to A4 sizes.

Additionally, with Canon’s PosterArtist Lite[2] software, creating your very own poster for any purpose would be breeze, be it a concert handbill or corporate announcement. With over 1,300 free-to-access templates, photos and clip arts, users can easily design professional posters and signs in four simple steps.

Furthermore, with Canon’s new Message in Print App[3], personalized messages with animation or web link can be embedded in any photo. This promises to create an element of surprise for the recipients, as they unlock the hidden message via the app.
