Sony will be having their launch event for their flagship smartphone in less than 48 hours. Xperiablog has released the official photos of the new flagship smartphone. Codenamed Honami, Xperia Z1 is a new smartphone with various Sony technologies which includes Triluminos and X-Reality mobile display technology.
The 5-inch Full HD 1080p device has similar specifications as the Sony Xperia Z Ultra smartphone. It uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU clocked at 2.2GHz, has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage capacity. The phone will also support microSD card expansion. Sony Xperia Z1 camera is rated to take 20.7 Megapixel photos with a 1/2.3 inch sensor. It also has support for 4K video recording.
Sony Xperia Z1 will be announced on September 4th in Berlin, Germany at IFA 2013 Consumer Electronics Show.
