Nothing Phone (2) confirms to use flagship tier SoC but it is a last-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 1

He also feels that it is a pretty good package in terms of the overall features such as connectivity options, battery life, and more. Under the "Tested to Perfection" tweet, it seems that he is also banging on the fact "old but gold" things will always do great regardless. It is somewhat true when a product has been fully explored by the industry for the "latecomers" to then know the best course of action. I'm all heads up for him to use Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 but if only it is priced like a last-gen flagship phone as well.
